Nagase ChemteX came into being in April 2001, as a core chemical product manufacturer within the Nagase Group. This new entity had the advantage of starting life with a wealth of existing human resources, experience, technologies and functions resulting from the progressive mergers of Teikoku Chemical Industries, Nagase Chemicals, Nagase Biochemicals, Nagase-CIBA and Nagase Electronic Chemicals. We like to think of ourselves as "a new company based on history and experience". Our aim is to help customers resolve their particular challenges by providing a range of high-performance chemical products and technologies that contribute to a better society.
